Terms and Conditions of sale

When you purchase any items from our website, you will be prompted with terms and conditions of sale which requires your action to manually check the box that you agree to the terms and conditions of sale hence you understand our policy.

The following terms and conditions govern the sale of products by E-Outlet Canada. By submitting your order to us, you are indicating acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice at the sole discretion of E-Outlet Canada.

The products and pricing listed on our website are not to be considered offers to sell, but rather advertisements to receive offers of purchase. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by E-Outlet Canada. All prices are subject to change so your order may not be accepted or you may be advised of issues of pricing or availability in regards to your order.

Order Acceptance Policy:

Receipt of order confirmation sent to you does not signify our acceptance of the order nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. E-Outlet Canada reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at anytime after receiving your order. Only based on shipping confirmation will our acceptance of your order be confirmed. All orders must be pre-approved with an acceptable method of payment before shipment occurs. We may need additional information for verification purposes before we accept any order.

Prices:

All prices shown on eoutletcanada.com are in Canadian Dollars and do not include the applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. The prices do not include shipping and handling or any other services such as insurance. Price charged for orders will be the price at the time of the order.

Typographical Errors:

E-Outlet Canada reserves the right in the event of any item listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error on information received from our suppliers to decline and/or cancel any orders for the incorrectly listed item. We may cancel at our discretion orders which may or may not have been confirmed including orders which may have been paid for or charged to your credit card. In the event a charge has been made to your credit card, E-Outlet Canada will immediately issue a credit to your card to offset the purchase.

Returns on purchases with Free gift promotions

For returns or exchanges when the purchases were made with free gift(s), we require also returning of the free gift(s) with associated item purchase in resalable condition. If not, then the difference of the sale price of free gift(s) will be subtracted before refunding or exchanging with another item.

Return/Exchange Policy on Media and Consumables.

There are no returns on media such as DVD or Bluray discs and printer toners.

Lowest price guarantee policy

We will match any of the competitors advertised price in Canada. This policy is valid under the same conditions of sale of each competitor. When E-Outlet Canada is offering free shipping on certain items or include free gift associated with purchase then shipping cost or free gift cost will be added to competitor's price before the comparison of prices. We do not match prices for items that competitors do not have in stock as many stores advertise (usually online) lower prices on items they do not have.

Return Policy for purchases between December 1 to January 20 of any year

We do not accept any returns or exchanges between December 1 to January 20 of any year unless product is defective as it is the busiest time of the year.

Shipping Insurance

All orders will be insured to the maximum coverage value allowed by carrier. E-Outlet Canada is not responsible for any damage/loss beyond the carrier’s maximum coverage.

Shipping & Handling and Taxes:

You, the buyer, are responsible for all applicable charges including but not limited to; shipping, handling, delivery, taxes and applicable tariffs associated with the purchase.
