Q. I live in USA, what is the biggest size TV you can deliver?
A. As of now, we can ship up to 32" televisions

Q. I live in USA, do you still offer in-home service warranty on televisions?

A. We have recently changed the warranty policy on televisions for USA customers. Please see Warranty Policy for more details.

Q. Is warranty covered by manufacturer or by E-Outlet Canada?

A. All brand new products have full manufacturer warranties (unless otherwise stated) and all refurbished products have usually 90 days to 3 year warranty serviced by E-Outlet Canada or its warranty company Cornerstone United depending on the item. See Warranty Policy for more details.

Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. You may submit your payment by VISA, Mastercard or Paypal.

Q. I don’t have a credit card or paypal account, can I purchase from you?
A. You may also submit your payment by money order, certified cheque. Call us for more details.

Q. What taxes do I pay?

All orders shipped within Ontario will be charged the 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) and 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST). All orders shipped to any other province will be charged 5% GST. 5% GST is added to shipping amount for all orders shipped to Canadian address.
USA Shoppers: All orders shipped to USA will be charged 0% sales tax. If any, minor Customs clearance, brokerage, or any other fees associated to crossing border may apply.

Q. What is E-Outlet Canada's Return Policy?
A. If any products are DOA (Defective On Arrival) within 14 days or defective before warranty period is over from the purchased date then you may return for store credit or exchange. Shipping charges are extra. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Q. How do I get shipping cost before I decide to purchase?
A. 

  1. log in to our website (create an account if you don’t have one)
  2. click on the item that you want and add it to cart
  3. click on “checkout now” (you don’t have to make payment yet at this stage)
  4. If you have put in your address correctly then it’ll give you exact shipping cost
  5. If you wish to continue to check out then select shipping method
  6. select credit card or paypal for payment
  7. read through our terms and conditions of sale
  8. if you agree then check the box next to “I agree to terms and conditions below”
  9. Confirm your order and you’re done!

Q. How do I make on order on-line?
A. Select an item you wish to purchase and click the “Add to Cart” button. When you are done shopping click on "Shopping Cart" button on top of the web page. This will take you to the checkout page where you can finalize your purchase.

Q. What is your lowest price guarantee policy?
A. We will match any of the competitors advertised price in Canada. This policy is valid under the same conditions of sale of each competitor. When E-Outlet Canada is offering free shipping on certain items then shipping cost will be added to competitor's price before the comparison of prices. We do not match prices for items that competitors do not have in stock as many stores advertise (usually online) lower prices on items they do not have.
